Over his 35 year career, Mike has been a partner at three major law firms (Clifford Chance, Akin Gump and Hunton & Williams). He has now founded his own firm to focus on his clients.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

Litigated numerous patent cases in virtually every technology, from semiconductors to pharmaceuticals, automobiles to medical instrumentation, and software to specialty chemicals.

Litigated in jurisdictions nationwide, including numerous district courts, the International Trade Commission, the Federal Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.

KSR Int’l Co. v. Teleflex Inc. (550 U.S. 398 (2007)). Represented Respondent Teleflex in this well-known Supreme Court case.

MeadWestvaco Corporation et al. v. Rexam PLC et al. (E.D. Va., 2012).
